This a is always scene in the begining of the game when you press the start button. When you first start the game most of the cars will be locked untill you finish the levels.
The music for the car menu change tons of times. The original one was Red Dream. Need For Madness 2 had the same music but it was more HD. Need For Madness Multiplayer updated the theme with a new song. After the the Top 20 List updates, the music changed if a more up beat tune.The background was changed as well. First it was dark blue, then it was gray, and now it's orange and tan.
